In Their Words

  • I am so proud to work for such an incredible company that genuinely takes care of its employees as well as its clients. The admin team works hard to make sure every client is taken care of, and goes out of their way to fit clients with appropriate caregivers. There are always opportunities for shifts every week, weekend, and overnight which is great for people looking for consistent hours OR flexible hours. You basically get to make your own schedule that works for YOU which is hard to find nowadays. Full-time AND Part-time employees have the option to get benefits here which is also hard to find nowadays. The admin team really does care about their employees and it is so refreshing. I highly recommend working for Commonwise if you love working in the caregiving field.

  • I have worked for Commonwise for over a year now and love the one-on-one relationships I have been able to build. It is so enjoyable to work for someone who you can joke with and root for the same contestants in a reality TV show with, all while being able to provide the best individualized care possible for that person. I walk into work with a genuine smile on my face!

  • Working as a caregiver for Commonwise Home Care has been a rewarding experience. You are never alone while working a shift, there is always someone there to support you no matter time of day. Each staff member I’ve come in contact with has been pleasant and strived their best to make things run as smooth as possible. They truly do care for their employees, and show their appreciation, which makes coming to work even more enjoyable.

  • It's been a couple of weeks since I've joined the team and I'm loving it so far! The caregivers are given plenty of resources to provide the best care, including an organized & responsive administrative team, a detailed care plan for each client, and additional trainings. Scheduling is flexible, with the possibility of choosing shifts that work with your schedule. I recommend working at Commonwise for anyone looking to gain experience providing home care!

  • I just want to acknowledge how patient and understanding everyone on the team is. They really want you to succeed and do well. I’ve done both Acute care and rehabilitation. Neither of them really allowed me to build a proper client-to-caregiver relationship where I could actually suffice their needs. A lot of methods of healthcare can be forced and take away from their autonomy. Commonwise prevents that by providing needs specified directly from the client. It’s been so rejuvenating and refreshing to be working with patients that are also usually ambulatory and doing for themselves. Overall such a great company to be apart of.

  • If I could give more than five stars I would! Commonwise is a great place to work for/with and I am privileged to be part of such an awesome team. From the hiring process to everyday communication with the office team, it has been top notch. Information is relayed to professionally, timely and accurately. Incase of any questions, there is always someone ready and available when I call or send an Email. With Commonwise I feel heard and valued.
