Commonwise’s corporate headquarters is located in the Weedon Professional Center on Ivy Road in Charlottesville, near Boar’s Head and Farmington. In addition to housing Commonwise’s administrative team, this office is home to our caregiver training facility, where we work with new and existing caregivers to continually better their skills.
