A Client and Caregiver Take an Adventure to the River

How Commonwise caregivers go above and beyond

Jonathan Dickinson is one of our exceptional caregivers. When he learned that his friend and client John had a favorite place to visit, he went out of his way to make a little riverside trek possible.

Jonathan is no stranger to supporting the adventures of family, friends, and clients. In 2011, he created a film to capture an epic journey he took with his terminally ill father. And so, when he heard that his client John loved to visit a particular spot on the Moorman’s River, Jonathan planned a trip to the reservoir with John and his spouse.

After the visit, John’s spouse wrote to the Commonwise team:

“This was a delightful day. Jonathan took John over to the Sugar Hollow reservoir, where John could sit on a rock by the Moorman’s River. This spot is one of John’s favorites and is rocky and hard to get to, and we are so very grateful that Jonathan was up for it.”
