Who works elderly care jobs for Commonwise?

Watasha Smith

Watasha worked in restaurants for years and recently decided to make a career change. “I was looking for CNA classes near me, but none of them fit my schedule. So, I started working for Commonwise instead of doing CNA programs and I’m so glad I did. I got the home caregiver training I wanted while I worked.”

Stephanie Williams

Stephanie came to Commonwise after working in a skilled nursing facility and feeling overworked and underappreciated. “I was so surprised to find out I could make more working in home care. It is so rewarding to use my Certified Nursing Assistant training to focus on one person at a time and really feel like I am making a difference.”

Ashley Robinson

Ashley’s nursing professor encouraged her to consider working with Commonwise while she was pursuing her RN. “I love Commonwise. The pay is great and the flexibility is key to me as a student. I chose to work overnights and can often study while I watch out for my sleeping client. Who would have thought?”

David Carpenter

As a former school teacher, David began working for Commonwise during the summers. After he retired, he joined the care team full time. “I always felt a calling to support older adults and loved the flexibility to work during my summers. And after I retired, I found myself working more and more with my clients! I love this work.”

Reviews from indeed.com

One of the best jobs I’ve ever had!
“I am so impressed with the high standards of this company. I recommend them to family and others looking for care because of the integrity I see. They treat their staff with respect and want to keep them! They try very hard to meet the needs of clients and families. There are many home care agencies out there, Commonwise sets the bar.”
