Commonwise is seeking one highly professional PCA, CNA, or LPN to serve as the Full-Time Caregiver in our Charlottesville and Richmond, VA markets.

Role & Responsibilities

The FTC (Full-Time Caregiver) reports to the office to collaborate with the Care Management team and receive census updates. They are on-call Monday through Thursday. While the position is salaried, any hours worked beyond 40 during that period will be paid at time and a half.

The FTC’s role is central to delivering our “premium” style of in-home personal care, specifically by:

  • Becoming familiar with every Commonwise client plan of care
  • Meeting with the team to identify care coverage risks
  • Coaching colleague caregivers assigned to shifts on how to be successful
  • And serving as the on-call caregiver for the outlined on-call period
