Our Care Team members are among the best of the best, and we take pride in their exceptional work and in their outstanding credentials.
Every year, our caregivers receive numerous training opportunities in the field. Learn more about the training and certifications we provide.
Some employees come to Commonwise with an extensive caregiving background and numerous certifications, and others join our team with little to no experience.
We offer in-house training to ensure that every Care Team member is both comfortable with and capable of providing first-class care. We also use a detailed client-matching system that ensures that every caregiver is placed with a client at their skill level.
Any Care Team member who wants to develop a deeper understanding of a particular skill, subject or condition can pursue additional certifications through Commonwise. Examples include:
- Alzheimer’s and dementia
- Hospice care
- Post-acute care
- Parkinson’s disease
- Hoyer lifts and gait belts
